Remember Me??

Wow, I cannot believe it has been an entire month since I have written on my blog. So much has happened I surely will not be able to catch it up. Our holiday was wonderful. We spent it with family and friends.

School has been hectic. I now go every day of the week and I work half days on friday and all day on saturday. What was I thinking? I am so tired. I keep hearing from others, "I don't know how you do it." I just tell them, "I really don't either, but I"m doing what I have too."

Because I am now going to school for five days a week we had to find a sitter for the kids. We finally found someone who we feel comfortable leaving them with, but she is extremely expensive. So once again we are financially bonkers. That's all I can say about it. We get caught up and then...

Because of the cost we are continuing our search for a different sitter, so if anyone knows any let us know.

Malyana has had a really hard time adjusting to the recent changes in our family. Please pray for her and for Scott and I. On monday this week, she got in trouble for not listening and she balled up her fist and hit me in the face. Then on Friday, she cut her hair. All the way to the scalp on one side in the front. I told Scott that I have been waiting for her head to spin all the way around. Last night I cried myself to sleep, I just don't know what to do. And I wonder if this all will be worth it.

Graysen is geeting so big. He has 3 1/2 teeth. He is recently getting over a double ear infection and bronchitis. He has had to be on antibiotics and breathing treatments. Poor guy. I have always said, "two very good reasons not to have children are teething and potty training." But I do love the two I have!!!!

Hi friend.

Just wanted to let you know I have been thinking about you this week and dropped by your blog to check up on you. You are a very busy girl these days . . .

One piece of encouragement. A friend of mine from church (she actually has a son who is in college)recently finished her schooling and became an RN, after two years of grueling work. This week, she passed her boards and now she is out there doing something she loves and sharing the love of Christ with people who are at their most vulnerable.

All your hard work is going to pay off!! I wish I could be as brave as you are . . . pursuing a dream is never easy, but ALWAYS worth it.
